Embark on a journey through our watersheds to see how our actions on land affect our oceans and the aquatic animals and ecosystems that depend on them. Ocean Bound! uses interactive exhibits to help visitors understand watersheds, recognize threats to watersheds and how to find solutions, and implement change. Visitors get to pilot a giant "submersible" from a mountain stream to the ocean! Be a biologist and and learn fun facts about more than 65 aquatic lifeforms. Learn the importance of a healthy ocean and how we depend on it for medicine, jobs, oxygen, and a lot more. Find out what you can do to help the marine animals and birds from giant garbage patches in the North Atlantic and North Pacific Oceans. Be a Watershed Warrior and spot polluters by learning what behaviors are bad for watersheds and oceans!
